Great place overall

Long-time resident here. The staff are quick to respond, and issues are always dealt with in a timely manner. The amenities are really good, and the location is excellent as well - being right on Brady St, and very near River Drive, makes it very easy to get anywhere you need to go! For the same reason though, noise can be an issue, if you're highly sensitive to it. Brady Street and 3rd Street are both popular / busy streets, and both serve as routes for emergency vehicles. Sirens (and noisy traffic) are a common occurrence. Also, the building itself has zero parking. There are two-way parallel parking spots along the street, and there are several paid parking ramps within a few blocks. You will need to make arrangements with the city of Davenport, unless you are willing and able to use the free parking lots about 2 blocks away.

Why do we have to pay for the parking ramp if we live in the building also why does the city of Davenport ticket only certain Individuals who park on 3rd St. or Brady St. for being parked less than 2hrs $25 each time but not the owner of duck city bistro for parking infront of his business when the time limit is 2hrs only but his car is there all day and night? Make it make sense.

decent living space

I have lived here my entire stay in the area, which is to say the apartment complex is great quality. I've only ever had minor issues with noise from nearby neighbors due to the hallways carrying sound or the people outside being noisy since the complex is downtown. There have been problems with hearing back from management quickly when something urgent came up in the apartment that needed addressed or while needing to move units, and the apartment that I moved into had minor issues that were never addressed by maintenance after moving in although I was assured they eventually would be taken care of. The management is wonderful, they can just be slow when getting to certain issues.
