The bank has been redund to house offices & people well done!! Excellent location & has help to bring back downtown Davenport to a vibrant healthy downtown!! It’s back to be the heart and soul of Davenport & the Quad Cities

Awesome building

I love this building! It's beautiful, safe, quiet, excellent location and always impeccable. It is noisy but that's the nature of living downtown in any city and no fault of management. No amenities here such as a gym; pool; game or theater room. But I'm good with that because I would hate to see any part of this gorgeous building "modernized". Also, there is a brand new YMCA within walking distance. Building does provide amenities that are relevant to my needs such as: security; garbage pickup daily from every floor; secure mailroom for deliveries and has a cleaning service daily for common areas.
