The first locker we were given was not working. There was no maintenance phone number, so we worked for almost 3 hours trying to get the garage to open and shut properly. The lock was broken, and so that wasn’t working either. We were given a new one the next day, and the assistant manager was very helpful, but he told us he would call us and he never did. Overall, love the storage space, but the customer service was lacking. ... Read more

Been here for under a year and just got notice of my SECOND price increase. Not sure what the price increase is for, nothing is even maintained. They are asking for more money on an already overpriced unit while not making any changes on their end. Glass and garbage all over the grounds. Loose siding and J channel hanging off the walls, just very poorly run and maintained in general. By the way, all the wires of their security cameras have been cut and have not been fixed, this is why theft is such a huge problem here, they’ll get in and steal your stuff and the contract states the owner is not responsible for any theft. These people are scum, avoid this place unless you are a thief, in that case, this is a great spot for you to hit! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Storage Rentals of America - 2501 North Lincoln Avenue include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Storage Rentals of America - 2501 North Lincoln Avenue start from $35 and can go up to $159 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
