What renters are saying

Renters appreciate several aspects of the property, including its very good design, high ceilings, and an open space created by kitchen half walls. The apartments are noted for being spacious, beautiful inside, and fairly quiet with minimal noise from other apartments. It is also pet-friendly. Positive interactions with office staff and maintenance, as well as friendly neighbors, are highlighted. Additionally, residents enjoy the great amenities offered by the property.

Very good design, High ceilings and kitchen half wall create a very open space. Noise from other apartments is minimal. Staff and service have been reduced over the fast few years, but is still adequate.

We have had work orders that have not been answered since we moved in in April, even the one about our dryer vent being full when we moved in, taking multiple loads to dry, and us worried about it starting a fire, that we were told would be expedited months ago. Plus more from after that, including a broken window frame that has our apartment heat having to work harder. We have drains in one bathroom, both sink and tub, that havent drained well since we got here, taking at least 20 minutes to drain, making it seem like they were not cleaned before we moved in. We were left with a birds nest outside of our door with dead baby birds rotting for weeks, along with bird poop covering the walls of the stairwell for months after we moved in. I will say that the apartment is very spacious and beautiful inside and we do enjoy that, plus it is pet friendly and fairly quiet, but the maintenance requests going unanswered since at least April have been incredibly inconvenient. It has only been an okay experience living here, and we will not be re-signing.

I think the garages need to be bigger for $75/month and they need an elevator for the 3rd floor
