Highclere

Highclere Apartments is great place to live. Close to shopping, food places. It sits in the hills of Council Bluffs. Staff and maintenance have been great.

Worth every penny

These apartment buildings are built far better than others. I can only hear my neighbors if they are in the hallway talking and there's no noise at all in my apartment. I'm on the first floor and rarely hear my upstairs neighbors moving around. The keyed entry system is also super awesome. I'm never worried about homeless people sleeping in the hallways or people in the hallways arguing and screaming at each other (Both happened at the last two places I've lived). The no smoking policy is enforced, unlike other places I been as well. The balconies and patios are large and spacious. The only two complaints I have are parking and the flooring. The brand new flooring that was installed is a cheap vinyl that has actually torn and peeled up like a sticker in 4 spots in just in the living room. Far too cheap of flooring to be in luxury apartments. The parking is not great either. There are seven handicapped parking spots in front of our buildings and maybe 4 handicapped residents out if 24 two-bedroom units. So basically a minimum of 20 of us are always struggling to find parking. You can rent a garage, but they are all taken. Those are literally my only complaints, which is far less than anywhere else. These apartments really are great and well worth the price!
