Bare Bones for High Prices

This complex lacks in any amenities, yet charges as much as some luxury apartment complexes. The maitenence for apartments and the complex as a whole is iffy at best. Parking is abismal. Too high of a cost for nothing in return.

Rent isn’t worth the Value

Rent continuously increases, even though there are no amenities and there have been no improvements to the property made by management. Management is not helpful in resolving issues around the property and maintence is often half a$$ed and they leave messes after they are done.
