Rent isn’t worth the Value

Rent continuously increases, even though there are no amenities and there have been no improvements to the property made by management. Management is not helpful in resolving issues around the property and maintence is often half a$$ed and they leave messes after they are done.

Rent here keeps increasing, but there are no ammenities. Repairs can take weeks and parking is a joke. Location is nice.
