Our manager is extremely pleasant to work with. It's a nice apartment complex. She has hired a great maintenance guy and Josh does it right the first time. Him and Erica are a good team together. We actually use the club house and get together as a community. The property is clean and they work to keep it up. The pool actually gets used by residents because it's clean and kept up.
