Relaxing, Quiet Area

We have been here going on 5 years and we have had a phenomenal experience. Neighbors are nice and area is quiet. On the outskirts of town but close enough to access the city life.

Parkwild Apts Council Bluffs IAMy experience

I’ve been here since April of 1997 & Andrew is the BEST apt mgr this place has ever had. He manages inside the mgrs building & also manages as part of the maintenance crew with such jobs as grounds work , swimming pool, Apt maintenance, heat, ac etc. He is 1 of a kind & makes sure that tenants are following the complex rules as far as house keeping, noise, & pet policies like cleaning up after your pets & not allowing pets to run loose all over the property & our park area which can be a danger to the pet(s)running loose or other small children. elderly,& people in the park area & swimming pool area . Yes, the fees are just fine with me as a lot of apts in our area are cheaper or charge just as much but many of those other tenants are told by their apt mgrs, “ it’s not my problem, I’m only here to collect the rent!” And those apt mgrs just let things go downhill and unmanaged at that point! & tenants can live or do whatever they want which makes the OTHER places so unbearable to live! Maintenance work is always done in a timely fashion from my experience. We are blessed to have a management company like Kabredlo & Andrew running this place. I also rent a garage & have for 24 if my 25 years & it has been well worth it. There are a few other tenants who have been here longer than me, but if you ask them they’ll agree with me & this why they also keep renewing every year!
