Nice welcome understanding

Nice building and everyone is kind here and more than willing to help if needed. Apartment is cozy and comfortable and rooms are nice and spacious with windows. It has laundry facilities on each floor and also has an elevator which is a big plus for me. There are various activities if you want to get involved and a lot of opportunities if you want. The security is awesome so you don't have to worry about that. Your mail pick up is inside main entrance so that is also nice. The building has a wagon on each floor if you need it for groceries when you go shopping. The rent is great here too. I will not be moving from here for quite a while.
