There is daily noise from the 1st and 3rd floor people. Apartment is okay, big kirchen and two bathrooms is very confortable.

It's a pretty solid place to live that won't break the bank. It's the nicest apartment I've lived in here in Ames so far.

I just moved in here. The location here is convenient. You can go to the Hyvee in 5 min, 1 min to the highway. The parking is free. Quiet place, I do not hear any noise from my neighbor

I have been living at Point West II for the last two years, and I just started my third lease. It has very spacious rooms and a large parking lot with easy access to bus stops.

I love living where i live! It is super close to campus and has a bus stop right outside! Neighbors are generous and the apartment complex is easy to work with!
