It's a quiet well maintained property. If needed, assistance is always prompt. The staff team is helpful.

Great oversized garage 24x24, Vaulted ceilings. Good location, needs larger patio space in back.
Modern suites with great amenities
My husband and I have lived at BrickTowne now for almost 1 year. We never hear our neighbors and everyone is very respectful. We love having the pool in the summer and enjoy that it is limited to residents only with one guest per resident. The gym is also very convenient and having the including Ames Fitness Centre membership is great! We love that BrickTowne is soo pet friendly and does pet competition. There also free food trucks and other events monthly. There is a clubhouse area you can also rent for gatherings. Whenever we have needed maintenance to check something out they are also very fast to do so. We truly couldn't be happier living here!

Awesome place to live
I like how the move-in was smooth even though we were in a different country the staff made sure that it was not a problem. the townhouse that we live in is really spacious and worth the rent, I have been in Ames since 2020 and have never seen a place like this, The clubhouse is also a plus, it has a great sitting area a gym, and a pool.
