These apartments are at a pretty good in-between of DMACC in Boone and ISU. My roommates went to ISU and I'm at DMACC in Boone, and it works perfectly for both of us. The rent is fairly cheap. The only downside for the location is it's across town from most things, so going anywhere in the winter especially requires a car. Overall, very nice though. The place itself could be a bit better, when we arrived there were nails and holes in our bedroom walls from the people before us, and one of my roommate's closet was broken (the rod itself) so he had to use the coat closet as his regular closet for a bit. It worked, and we're all happy.

The door code all the sudden locked and I was never informed on what the code is so now I’m locked out of my apartment with no help

This apartment is aggressively fine at a good price. I have not had a large enough issue to put in many maintenance issues or had any issues with management.
