Good value

Living at Wakea has been overall a good experience. The staff is constantly trying to keep the place up to date. The hallways are always kept clean the area is in a great spot just close enough to kapolei and the beach. But just keep in mind the apartments are small and they are budget friendly. If they for rent much more than they currently are it would not be a good value. However, the only real complaint I would have for Wakea is there are very few residential events to get to meet your neighbors. That can be a good or bad thing depending on how you feel but it is what it is.
