Great location, amazing office staff and super responsive and friendly maintenance staff. Residents are either friendly or keep to themselves. If you have a car, you can't beat the parking access (or price for residents) in Marin Tower Parking Garage. Living at Marin Tower has been a pleasure. The location is great for working downtown and accessing the best food around. The trade off for being in short walking distance to the best restaurants and bars means a lot of noise on weekend evenings (seriously loud).

Poor maintenance for the elevtors. Hallways are weelldering hot when central AC is available. Poot water quality. Laundry facilies are unacceptable
