Matlock Palms is in the perfect location. Stores, Restaurants, Ala Moana Shopping Center all within walking distance. The only downside is the fact it's located right next to the Freeway. It can be very noisy and congested.

Great location to everything. Love that its pet friendly. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Keep to themselves. Mostly adults. Few children, but not so bad.
