Matlock Palms
Matlock Palms is in the perfect location. Stores, Restaurants, Ala Moana Shopping Center all within walking distance. The only downside is the fact it's located right next to the Freeway. It can be very noisy and congested.
Nice but dusty from freeway
Great location to everything. Love that its pet friendly. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Keep to themselves. Mostly adults. Few children, but not so bad.

I have no experience with this property at all . I looking for one bedroom for rent
Overall looks
For my first apartment it’s pretty decent living space for me and my wife
