Road construction so get lots of pot holes and there is a bar behind the building and there is always fights and screaming when they are closing at 2am

Too many dogs unleashed, not following the Rules and some people make the door by the elevators look super messy by leaving a mess there and not following the Rules. Wish people would clean up their mess in the elevator when they spill stuff. Too many people not following the Rules
