Kalakaua Vista

My attempts to reach this property began in mid August. I sent two msgs asking for a tour of at least one of the 4 available units and never got a response. I followed up with 3 phone calls between Aug.27 through Sept, 2nd leaving messages asking if any were still available and noticed that the list had grown to 5 units. So the next morning I took a walk over to the building, found the property manager, introduced myself and asked for the help I needed. I was curious as to why the 1 & 2 bds were both 430 sq ft? Must be some awfully small bedrooms....She looked at me as if I was crazy and said there were only 1 bedroom apts in the whole building...no problem I thought...so what's the rent? The 1 bd or the 2 bd price? Oh the rent for all of the units are $1,400.00. Well then you should be working with rentcafe to make these corrections to your listings soon as they happen. !" I don't work with them or follow the site most of the time."she says. Fast forward and it's been more than a month since I dropped off my rental application. I'm still looking for a place to live and now there are seven vacancies in this property. Where are those seven households? Huh?
