Homeless making noise between 3 to 4 am Anonymous people going through our trash in the middle of the night. Too much home inspections. But with all this, it is still our home

I've lived here for about 10 years and truly appreciate the sense of community—my neighbors are great, and I love the events and shared resources that bring us together. The current maintenance staff are especially kind and noticeably more efficient than those in the past, which makes a big difference. The amenities are a big plus, from the convenient parking to the use of solar panels and the pet-friendly environment. That said, I do wish there were an easier way to get support for the washers and dryers. It would also be great to have window screens and more flooring options for residents who prefer something other than carpet.

I have been living here since new and I like the location cause it is convenient. The staff is friendly and reliable. The parking gate has some issues but is fixed fast in a way has some rubbish some cars are abandoned. That is an eyesore. The Great location, a pet-friendly apartment, nice staff, and safe neighbors. One of the best places to live in Kakaako.
