Great staff, especially Dolores and Nua. Maintenance is very efficient. Security is also great. Absolutely no complaints.

Good price ,staff is friendly . Location is prime and right on the bus line. Alot of sketchy ppl in this building like druggies and some tenants guests are very questionable. Security has gotten better. But overall not bad

Great location and great value for rent in high cost of living in Honolulu. Some of the neighbors are characters but they are cool once you get to know them. Staff has undergone changes in recent years and they are amazing! They actually take time to consult and address your concerns.
