NOISY
Our once quiet building, management, for financial reasons,. allowed animals. cats and dogs, to occupy the same dwelling. When animals are left unattended and barking late at night. 2:00am - 3:00am, it is not acceptable The animals size will determine the noise level. Also newer occupants need to have respect for others working hours, especially, on weekends. All voices need to be lowered after 11:00pm at all times and talking to others as if it is still daytime is disrespectful with or without your visitors. lso keep your voice down while walking your animals late at night, espcially in back of the building. We have tolerated a lot. w
Living accommodations
I have lived at 1818 Anapuni St, for over 20 years. The noise level during the day is minimal and at night it is normally quiet. If younger individuals of 2 or more are allowed to live here, often the partying has gone on up to 2am which annoys older individuals living there or work during the day at home, Also my rent jumped up over $858 the highest in 20 years.
