My view on 1552 young street

Over the pass few months ive been inconvenced multiple times. The main one and should be an important necessity is water. The water will be shut off randomly and not in accordance to the notices. Most recently the gas was shut off. So now I have water but its cold. Can not cook anything outside of a hotplate and microwave and must shower in cold water everyday for the past few weeks. The staff are almost impossible to contact leaving us a number that is’nt vaild and not checking voice mails.
