I am a second-generation tenant at WLEV even though I have lived here only 2 years, my experience exceeds this. The apts are very nice and well maintained. The real beauty lies in the gorgeous, landscaped grounds! The community center is the hub of gatherings, socializing, taking classes and getting involved. We have monthly kanikapila gatherings, bingo, games, prayer groups, musical groups and hula halau come and entertain kupuna here. The residents are all very friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier living here. It's truly a delight!

Great location. Easy access to all points on Oahu and shopping,government offices etc. Love it here!

Property Manager and staff are very helpful and understanding. I love the location. Grounds are well maintained. However, court yards need more colorful and beautiful floral shrubs so that the elderly can spend more time outside enjoying the weather. Need to replace the benches in the court yards as well. Quality of live is better spent in a place that makes me feel happy and safe.
