One of the BEST experiences ever!!!!

I needed a place and was desperately looking. I knew i wanted to stay off 20 highway so I decided to do a search of different properties. When I stumbled across this property, I thought it was nice so I went to view the apartments. I’m BIG on reviews so I checked them out and it was a lot of positive feedback. Mezzie was the Leasing Consultant at the time I walked in & she showed me the property. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I immediately felt the peace of God and knew this is where I needed to be. When I began my apartment application, Mezzie guided me every step of the way!!!! I was frustrated because the current apartment that I was living in gave me some problems but Mezzie was right there calming my nerves! When I tell you the process to rent an apartment at Wesley Stonecrest was seamless…Yall it was really a good process. I’m BIG on communication and I felt like Mezzie made sure that the communication was open - she even had an open door policy for all my questions! I felt like her & the whole Staff really care about your needs!!! The apartment is quiet, the complex is clean and safe. The neighbors are nice and they have nice amenities! Mezzie went ABOVE AND BEYOND with making sure that not only did I have a good home but that I feel welcomed, safe & comfortable with renting from this property. Again she communicated with me every step of the way & constantly just checked in to make sure I was okay as I moved in. If she wasn’t in the office, another Leasing Consultant would step in and they were just as nice, open and understanding! I felt heard and I felt like my needs were met. If you’re looking for a good, safe and welcoming apartment that you can call home, THIS IS IT! The moment I moved in, I fell in love with my place! I give a 10 Star rating to the Staff, as well as the apartment!!! I would definitely recommend Wesley and I would say work with Mezzie - she’s the bomb.com… really everyone is in the office!!!! I am happy & well pleased!
