The Worst Apartment Complex

Terrible terrible business practices! the apartments are very moldy and the staff members disregard the laws put in place for by the state of GA, as well as a judge! They will still try to put your name in collections even after a judge told them you owe nothing. Terrrible terrible terrible experience!

Noise

The neighbor that lives above me is very noisy. They are running and stamping on the floor which affecting our rest time especially during the late night.

Been here 3 Years...

We have been at Kensington for 3 years, we picked it for the area and exclusivity (we like that it's in the back). Parking is okay- biggest concern I've noticed is the way others park around your car. Haven't had any major concerns with maintenance, they do what you ask (nothing more or less) The staff is always cordial, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Amazing and professional staff.They a very hospitable and very accomdating.The astomphere is very friendly,loving ,and caring.They do care a lot about everything. Staff works in total excellence.I want to be here for years to come i Love it here
