Apartment review

I initially loved my apartment and felt it was a good value for the price. With rent increases and air conditioning problems unresolved, slow communication, and no renovations and lack of grass cutting i no longer feel that way.

Yearly rent increase

Rent is increased substantially without sufficient prior notice and in my opinion, without reasonable increase in value. Some tenants may be on more of a fixed budget and need more than a couple of months notice.
