Parking always an issue, unaccompanied minors LOUD

Parking has been and still is always an issue, worse now that both complexes open into one another as drivers race thru where the gates connect and are open now, not paying full attention, or following traffic signs such as 'Stop' and 'No Parking'... causing accidents to happen more frequently. Also, many unaccompanied minors (children), roaming the buildings/walkways at all times of night and being extremely LOUD (yelling/screaming). Last night at midnight in the 700 building young kids running up/down stairwell, yelling/screaming as the most recent example.

MAA Benton Godley Lake

The area is nice. The price of the rental is expensive but safe for families. Parking isn't great at night there is not enough spots. The staff is great, maintenance is swift.
