Tucked on the quiet, back side of the building, this one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful escape where you won’t hear street traffic—yet you’re just steps away from everything that makes this location so special. Simply cross the street to enjoy Forsyth Park, local coffee shops, restaurants, weekend farmers markets, and more.
After entering through one of the building’s two secure access points, you’ll step directly into the heart of the home. The spacious and airy living area welcomes you with large windows, comfortable seating, art highlighting numerous local artists, ambient lighting, several USB ports and charging stations, and a mounted smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Savannah. Just off the living room, the dining area offers seating for four and your very own wine fridge. Beyond the dividing wall, the kitchen is quaint, yet fully stocked, offering everything needed to prepare meals at home, along with modern conveniences to make your stay seamless.
At the opposite end of the apartment, the bedroom is tucked away for added privacy and relaxation. This inviting space features a memory foam queen bed, French doors leading to your own private balcony with outdoor seating, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom also offers a small writing desk, perfect for those who need a quiet space to read, type, or work from home! Just across the hall, you’ll find a full bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination and a small shelved closet able to hold all your supplies. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the building’s shared common area downstairs, or use one of the laundry bags provided and have our local laundromat (within walking distance) do the work for you.
