Good location quiet neighbors
The unit is at a good price in a great location, convenient to the interstate, I can get to work in fifteen minutes. the neighbors are quiet and friendly.

If I could afford to move I would
Going on 3 years now and the apartment hasn't been functioning since my first month. AC hasn't worked for a year and they haven't fixed it . Power is constantly going out in my bedroom and bathroom . Washer recently stopped working and no one has came in to repair. I have a leak in my kitchen sink I reported months ago but they didn't fix it when it first happened so now it's worse. And to put the icing on this cake I have black mold growing in my bathroom bedroom and on my shoes.

Better than what’s out there
Moving from a complex that wanted to charge almost 1600 for a one bedroom , with ZERO amenities to the North Atlanta Springs complex. Big difference! Lets just try to have the pool ready for the summer pleaseeeeee!!!
