Enjoying quiet at Mount Vernon
After moving from MAA Midtown to Mount Vernon we definitely enjoy the more quiet and calm atmosphere. It’s much easier taking our dog out for a walk. Parking is also simpler and it’s nice not having to pay for it (we get to park 2 cars for free!) Not sure about the others, but at least our apartment isn’t the most modern/up to date. Not a huge concern of mine, everything still works but it is a complaint of my girlfriend. The biggest thing we did not notice until moving in was no ceiling fans / lights. We somehow overlooked that and while not the worst thing in the world, it is a bit inconvenient.
