Maintenance staff is very efficient. They have responded quickly when i have put in a requuest

The staff is unhelpful and Maintenance is slow

The staff members are unhelpful in case of emergency issues. The community dosen’t have inhouse maintenace staff anymore . Its been months but the community is unable to fill in maintenance staff. If maintenance required is even a lil bit complex or requires parts , it takes weeks to get resolved.

Come for the Location, Stay for the Noise

We've lived in this community for three years. The only positive aspect has been its location. Unfortunately, everything else has declined over time. Noise complaints are consistently ignored, and the courtesy officer program is ineffective—more of a formality than a functional feature.
