20 Year Resident

Overall, the Bridge Management has improved the neighborhood greatly with new amenities, roof replacements and new exterior paint. The value is good for the location and vast amount of land and space between homes. For a 5-star review, the outside maintenance and inside maintenance needs to be improved. Specifically, giving an accurate and fair range of time for home visits.......cleaning up the trash on the property and dog park trash cans.....and maintaining the common areas. Thanks!

Just another Apt. complex with claims not matching reality!

I moved in here just because i used to live in the Condo complex besides this apartment complex. The location is centrally located for me with everything including my work within a 6 mile radius. This complex seems to change management way too often and it is mostly the same management companies cycling back. The current management has done some upgrade to the play area which is nice and they have given the building's a fresh coat of paint - but don't be fooled by that, this is still a 30-35 yr old structure with light upgrade / renovation done in 2015, you can feel the uneven floor under the carpet. They claim to be a gated community, in the last 3 years i have been here the gate has been wide open 98% of the time. Camera at the gate- i was told by the manager of the previous management co (BH) that it does not work it is just there, when i asked for footage of a vehicle involved in a hit and run the previous night and my vehicle ended up being totaled. Maintenance requests takes for ever to be resolved, its always been like that even after management change...you will probably need to put in the same request multiple times, so far i have called the office and requested pest control 3 times and it is yet to happen. On the Service side every management co has been below par, chances are you put in a service request and you will forget. This is my very first review ever for anything, I always think that things can change or improve given some time, well, so far time does not seem to fix anything here.

My mailbox was broken in couple months back I hope this wouldn't happen again and another thing what up with the pest control. I am seeing roaches in my apartment sense I have been live there so you need to do something about that.
