Moved here back in the earlier part of August. It's been a chill place, with quiet community. My car got broken into and someone called the police, letting me know they care about their community. Definitely recommend.

I’ve only been here 3 months and I can’t seem to get a straight consistent answer for anything regarding costs. My proces are consistenly increasing or I have been misquoted priceing which has lead to this residence not being the cost I initally expected. For 2 months, the gate wasnt closed, every other week there is an overflow of trash. Trash valet that we pay monthly for doesnt always come on the days that we were told they are scheduled. When you have a concern, front office doesnt answer the phone or respond timely to emails. I submitted things that needed to be done to my apartment before move in and was told the work orders would be put in for me…. Nothing has been done. Communication from the front office lacks majorly, I have to keep calling/reaching out for information that should have been disclosed BEFORE I signed the lease. (Still never receiving my full leasing agreement after signing— very shady) The front office also doesnt clearly state early office closures (especially around holidays.) Not appreciating the bait and switch done to me.

There are definitely both pros and cons to living here. We had some issues when we first moved in with the staff, but ever since they have been helpful. It is a pretty good value for the rent price, and we love our apartment itself. There are some issues in the community however, such as issues with the gates, elevators, trash left out and lack of cleanliness, and noise levels. The walls are very thin snd nobody monitors the pool area, so there are often loud parties on weeknights. I feel as though there could be a better job of keeping the community clean, neat and quiet.
