Bldg 100 needs a thirough ckeaning. Its embarassing to have guests over. There ate cracks on the walls downstaiirs the floors are filthy.

Pleased so far

I have been here for 2 months now and am very pleased with it so far. The people are great and I feel like they genuinely want to help when we have questions or problems, and maintenance has been very quick for the most part. The location is great and we love the apartment so far!

Stairs and Breezeways

Great apartments but the stairs and breezeways are not cleaned enough. Stains/dirt and dust. Takes away from the niceness of the apartments.

I enjoy living here so far. It has been lesses than a month. So far so good. Staff is very friendly. Parking is okay, thinking about paying for reserved parking. I live on the B level, honestly it could be unkept. I have mention to staff and there was a slight change. I feel like for 2k plus fees the hallways and stairs should be spotless. Also, reserved park should be including. The apartments rooms does not comes with celing fans and light which the rooms are dark (you can get celing fans installed though) but still for the money it should be included. Overall, we enjoy living here. Pool and thr workout room is my fav. My daughter loves the club house for the hot chocalate lol.
