It's been ok for the most part few things need to get handle but the management been working with me so I can't complain much .

My name is A. Williams, I moved here under the old company/ managers in August 2021. I have seen a 100% turnaround, including renovation of all apartment bldgs, removal of tenants that caused problems. Our management team of mrs. Z.Robinson, Mr.G. Cooper and our Outstanding Maintenance Personnel, Mr. Earnest. I saw this community go from just being a place to lay my head, to a community, I now call Home. The neighbors look out for each other, but also look out for the children, cause it takes a village to raise a child. Management has something to do all the time for the residents and children, such as: Back to school bash, Easter Bunny, Thanksgiving Dinner along with a turkey give away. Dont forget The Grinch photo shoot and breakfast for all the kids. We can feel safe we have a gate, and a gated doggie park. Our maintenace team works around the clock, even after hours answering calls. I have seen this community at its worse, but the team we have now has made a huge impact and difference. I would recommend you to come see for yourself. I have been at some hard times and dark places,but Mrs. Z.Robinson & Mr. Cooper worked with me and help me to get back to where,I should be. Thank you Mrs. Z. Robinson & Mr. G. Cooper Keep up the Outstanding Job that your are doing. ??????????????????????????.

I have been living here for a couple of months and its super quiet here! While stuff is constantly breaking/ falling apart in my apartment, I can never get a hold of anyone in the front office. I don't even know the number to speak with front office staff. It is not available online or anywhere else and I go to work before they open and get off after they have closed.
