We lived there over 3yrs. We always communicated any issues and worked to make sure rent was paid. My spouse was in 3 (not at fault) accidents and I was pregnant with hg (a disease with pregnancy). Neither of us could work but we did what we could. July of 2024 we got stranded and our car broke down visiting family. We had no money to fix it come back so I communicates with the apartments that we will not be back at this point because we couldn’t afford it. I was told they would work with us to avoid eviction status but I had to find out that they did report eviction even trying to find another one last week. NO communication. NO EMAIL. NO CALLS. I CAN’T EVEN FIND THEIR NEW NUMBER! We were good tenants and they never had issues with us. I woul have gotten letters from doctors and more if needed but no. Not to include that when I sent my sister to get my things someone had stolen my things before reporting we weren’t coming back. Nobody broke in someone with a key had to have been in our apartment. Maintence said he went in but manager said no one went in. They lost our key several times so I find it funny how things go missing, no glass broken, nothing damaged. But we got “evicted” when we were already gone. We never received any bills or anything. I wanted to communicate and settle things but apparently that wasn’t an option. Now we are rebuilding and can’t get a place.

House has water leaks they dont fix called maintence but a gole in my wall never came back
