Good place to gather yourself!
Ive had no issues honestly maybe except for my current neighbor who has been complaining about things she herself is more than guilty of. I have a surround sound system in my living room, she said something loud music and television coming from my unit. If maybe once she furnishes her apartment she wont be able to hear everything. I dealt with the same thing when i first moved in. Outside of me feeling like she only did that because i said something about a parking spot in which i pay for, i have no issues with anything.
