Application fees $35
Security pet deposit $300

Max weight 25 lb each. A one-time, non-refundable payment of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications.  The payment must be paid in full prior to the pet entering the unit.  Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

It’s ok. No upgraded amenities, no gym, basic playground. Laundry area is always out of order. Repairs are cheaply done, a bandaid for a temporary fix. The company won’t repair or fix anything that’s a big issue. My carpet has needed repairing for a few years and they duck taped it down. The rent is great for the area but the home itself is pretty basic. I pay my rent and mind my business. The staff do what they can but it’s management with all the pushback.

Basic amenities. Work orders take forever and they do not give quality material for repairs. Front office hardly opens.

It’s a nice place to live but there is no amenities. Basic apartments, nice area. Maintenance staff is awesome, however, the quality of repairs/maintenance is low. The property management seems to only allow the least expensive way of repairing things. So many issues just have band aids instead of properly repairing things.

More amenities are needed. It’s basic apartment living. As rent increases yearly, so should the value of calling this place home. The current amenities are very basic and cheap. The management hardly wants to fix, reimburse or replace anything and when it is, it’s the cheapest route.

The living experience has been ok. It’s pretty basic and no great amenities. The price is good, but I’d rather pay a little more to have a nicer place with better quality. These are very basic townhomes. The traffic and people have gotten worse here. I enjoy the maintenance man Mr. Ishmael, he’s always a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable. It seems the property management is very cheap when it comes to fixing things and it’s hard at times getting help with things. Time to start upgrading these units especially with increasing rent.
