Just OK
The apartment itself is fine. However I will not be renewing. The new management seems to have gone through our leases and is charging us for every little thing possible and I'm now paying almost $200 each month in addition to rent. At least one of the gates is always broken. Maintenance is pretty responsive at least. For what I'm paying for a 1 bedroom apartment I could pay for a 3 bedroom house mortgage and at least get equity. Can't wait to move out.

I just moved here two months ago and althoughg there was minor issues upon move in, the maintenance staff and office staff were amazing with tackling the issues right away . I truly appreciate that. I also am happy with the layout of my apartment

I would 9.5 out of 10 recommend living here, I've been living here for a month and counting. Alexis at the leasing office is super welcoming and attentive to residents and future residents. The gate actually works which is great for keeping residents safe. If the gets stop working due to weather or powerful winds, maintenance is great at getting it fixed relatively quickly. Not a lot of noise at night which is great considering we are near the highway. Maintenance is respectful of ones privacy and is always down to answer any questions. The leasing office is helpful and quick at responding to future residents and current residents. The pool really does feel like you're at a resort, I love it. The mailbox and parcel system pickup is a great amenity, very convenient and easy to use. Some complexes have in house washer and dryer however, I do not and I do have to admit I'm a little annoyed at myself for underestimating the importance to having a washer and dryer. The only real negative I have is the speed bumps are fairly big. If you have a low riding car I would not suggest leasing here. Even when I go slow over the bumps they still scrape the bottom of my car. My car has the suspension level of a Honda accord. Other than that Windsor Apartments is great, I will definitely be renewing my lease.
