So far so good

To start off the entire team is amazing from Management to Maintenance. Very informative, friendly and courteous. I must acknowledge though I needed quite a few things done in the apartment after moving in. Repairs were made quickly, however after being here a month I can see visible spotty patchwork to cover holes that may have been in the bedroom walls and bathroom. The bathroom ceiling still have water damage and it was not rectified properly. It's very visible to the naked eye and embarrassing to bring family over to see that this is what I'm paying for. The location is ideal and very accessible to almost anything you'll need! I love that there are no breed restictions for dogs. If you're not going to be on the top floor just know I can clearly hear the heavy foot neighbors above me every morning betweeb 6-6:45am.

Wonderful location and amenities

While most places this close to KSU are flooded with students, this location is mostly families and adults. This means a quieter, more relaxed place to live in the Kennesaw area. The staff is wonderful and helpful, you are located in between 575 and 75, and above all, the apartments and complex are beautiful.

Great place to live, not a lot of space for money

We have enjoyed our time here! We have no complaints other than the price for the amount of square footage is not worth it . Now the location and area do make up for it and it is probably the lowest priced up kept complexes out here; but you will definetley out grow the space quickly .
