Went from a great dream to a nightmare

When we first moved, it was great.Yes, it was occasionally loud above us.But now that we have a new person above us, it's loud.Every day from running jumping, it's chaotic to the point that our sleep schedule sometimes have been affected by it.

Serenity

I was only here for a year and I am a little sad to go. The area and property grounds brings pure serenity. I always felt safe. I was fortunate in renting with a garage so parking was never an issue. I rarely saw my neighbors and access to puppy poop bags were readily available. The only issue was the mailbox area which is likely out of the management's control. Mailboxes are often opened and full of mail. Maintenance was friendly and helpful.

absolutely no reasoning for a rent increase

pool out for 10+ months with no refund on the amenity fee, grounds are covered in trash, maintaince not timely,
