Review Riverstone Apartments
The location is great; however, the amenities do not work most of the time. The neighbors are noisy and play loud music throughout the weekend and cars speed through the complex constantly. Fees are added to your account throughout the month after rent has been paid; then the front office contact you with threatening messages in reference to haven't paid that you didn't even know were applied. They need to do a better job of explaining this whenever a person signs the lease with the Riverstone Apartments. I will not be renewing my lease.

Great potential / poorly managed and maintained
Great amenities and location but gates are consistently not working, lighting out in areas, coffee bar and gym equipment not consistently maintained, etc..... Management and maintenance are sub-par.

Home home and home
We moved from Richmond Hill Georgia Feb21. Choose this area because Ft. Eisenhower ( Ft. GORDON). Always loved the CSRA area since 1987. Finally, back and so greatful. Choose Grovetown because of small town feel and the choice was excellent. Grovetown and Riverstone Apartments are are now our home.
