A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $350 for the first pet and an additional $200 for a second pet, 2 pets maximum. Great place toLive overall

Love living here it is a beautiful propert with lots of amenities the leasing staff us nice and responsive have not had many problems with anything parking is first come first serve which us kind of annoying but i get it. I like to oaved sidewalks for my dog

Great place to live , but closet place is really small and no lien clost and also parking is slim to none . My father is elder and has a walker this definitely a issue.

The Perfect Place to Call Home

The Station at Brighton is not only known for its amazing amenities and friendly staff, but it also offers stunning pool views! Jessica at the leasing office catered to my interests and showed me an apartment by the poolside with beautiful scenery. It's the perfect spot to call home! I highly recommend it!

Great place to live!

We have lived at the Station at Brighton for about a year and a half. We love the look and style of the place! The location is also really great being just down the road from anything you could need, yet being tucked back off the main road enough to feel like a quiet area. There is a lot of road noise that gets through the trees and trains, but you find trains everywhere in GA. With more resident events and the food trucks, we are excited for the direction the social enviroment is heading too.
