Very quite an comforting nice location good

Wish the laundry room was better .........................

I have lived here going on 9 months now and I got to say, it wasn't what I was expecting. While you never really have to see any of the staff, which for some people is a good thing, there are several other things I dislike. You don't get a washer/dryer hookup so you have to use the laundry area in the basement. While it sounds nice, it doesn't do a good job at drying your clothes. I see a lot of other people go there to wash their clothes and then dry them over the tub in their apartment. The noise can be a little chaotic if you're sensitive to noise. Every night around 4am, you hear the garbage truck slamming the dumpster around and the dumpster is in the dead center of the complex. Neighbors are a bit iffy as one of the rules are no smoking inside the house but almost everyone else does it anyways. I asked the landlord to send someone out to fix a plug because it stopped working. She said she would send someone. Around 5 months later, my plug still doesn't work and no one ever showed up. As for mailing services... You're better off using a P.O box at the UPS store down the road. I have ordered several packages but only a few have shown up. There's a huge community mailbox area but what's the point of it when nothing shows up anyways? Either too hard to find my apartment or someone is stealing it, idk. All that said though, $1,000 a month to live here is definitely questionable. Especially as other tenants have said that rent here has gone up nearly 60% since 2022.

Its a great spot! Super convenient and quiet.

The location is perfect but the rent is pricy. Poor amneties, old style rooms . Ungated compound. Neighbours are good. Over all not worth the money.

Maintenance is responsive. Laundry room is a bit scary. No overhead lighting except in kitchen and bathroom. No ceiling fans, only window unit cooling in two rooms.
