Living at carrington park

So far the only issues i have are the amount of stray cats in thr area, the trash area is always disgusting, it’s very hard to get through on the office phone and it takes way too lonb for maintenance issues to be addressed.

A little overpriced

Honestly it is the cheapest in the area but the staff os friendly and helpful and the neighbors are pretty quiet which is good if you work nights parking is really only annoying on weekends bit for the price its a good value maintenance is conducted in a timley fashion and of you work night staff will attempt to work to your schedule as much as is feasible i would definitely reccomend this property

Poor maintenance. The pool worked hardly 10 days of its open, the small gym also worked only 10 to 15 days. I made a complaint 20 days back, no response after checking in the association office.
