Renters appreciate the beautiful and well-maintained apartments at this property, which offer a family-friendly atmosphere and plenty of activities. The premises are clean, and the maintenance team, along with the staff, are considered amazing and helpful. Residents enjoy the great dining options and shops within walking distance, as well as the overall safe and pleasant living environment. Love the location and the office staff. The positives are the amenities are nice. The access within walking distance to good restaurants and pubs is wonderful. The walking trails are bar none fantastic. There is an opportunity for improvement for a better resident experience in two areas of concern. One is the smell in the elevator lobbies is sometimes overpowering. The walk ways to the apartments need a good pressure wash, not only the bird poo but the walls and windows themselves are in need of cleaning. It is starting to look trashy. Last is the trash chute areas have a lot of debris from residents dumping furniture, rugs and what not. especially A building 4th and 3rd floors. Not the fault of the staff by any means, just inconsiderate residents. Overall, this is a great place to live with one of the best staffs I have ever dealt with.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with the staff (Carla, Karrington, Ashlee, and Brandon) at Premiere Lofts from the very biggening. They have been consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. I highly recommend Premiere Lofts
