I’ve had an outstanding experience with the staff (Carla, Karrington, Ashlee, and Brandon) at Premiere Lofts from the very biggening. They have been consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. I highly recommend Premiere Lofts

Apt 415 is in an area that needs a lot of refurbishing already. Filthy siding, broken door locks, scuffs, scratches everywhere. Expensive for what you get and I'm sure it was nice when new. Not so nice t this time. Like may new places, it just gets run down and refurbishing always starts later than it should.

I like living here, the restaurants and the shops are nice. I love that I can walk to Enzo and Sensu. I the rent is expensive and the maintenance is not good. The door to the elevator lobby many times is unlocked and also are the door to the stair well. The staff is nice. I enjoy dealing with Ashlee. She is professional and very helpful.
