Morgan Park

I decided to apply for a townhome at morgan park. The leasing agent name Ron just did not follow through with anything. He claimed he sent me emails and i never received them. I told him this and he was very non chalant. I had to call him 3 or 4 times to follow up with my employer for verification of my status, and he did after me calling constantly. So 2 weeks later i finally called back to see what was going on and he said oh you were denied. I asked why as i work a fulltime and a part time job. He didnt give a real explanation to this. So for me its about how he handled things the entire time. It took almost a month for me to get answers from Ron! This is unacceptable. I dont wish this experience on anyone. I will be taking this up the corporate ladder for sure. I applied for another place and was immediately approved and the team was polite and very responsive.
