It took maintenance 3 weeks to come to my apartment to handle a small issue. I had to go to the office twice and tell them bout this small issue. Then maintenance came. Also (((littering outside is insane)) I can deal with the loitering,I just keep it moving pass.

I’ve been here since January and I’m happy I chose this place, it laid back plenty of parking spots. It’s very quiet, there’s a couple police officers that live on the property, so it’s safe.

I absolutely love this place. The view outside from where we are located is very nice, clean, and calming. I would rate 5 stars across the board, but I’m having a few problems getting some wiring issues fixed with the doorbell in order to use my security service and to fix the lighting shortages in my dining area. Also, my dishwasher doesn’t drain, it’s moldy and mildewed and needs to be replaced. Whenever I can get these issues fixed, I would gladly rate a perfect score. Aside from that, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and courteous. They work diligently to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. Mrs. Rachel and Mrs. Ebony are top tier for sure.
