this apartment complex is not bad. i like living here, aside from some minor issues. mainly with maintenance and trash not being picked up by the vendor on the designated days. i love the location and the staff is very accommodating. the little things can be annoying, but otherwise im glad we picked this community aside from our last experience.

It’s a nice and quiet place. I've been living here with my family for 2 years now. The rooms are spacious, airy and naturally lighted. The appliances and carpets were new when we moved in, The maintenance and the staff is great

The apartment environment is pristine and well-maintained. The response time to any reported problem is prompt. The staff are professional and friendly, especially Ms. Nigeria. She is an outstanding employee who is always cheerful. She goes above and beyond to resolve most of my needs. The only problem is that the apartment is overly priced!!! There are no amenities and no new improvements to the property for the annual increase in rent. They have high "turn-overs" due to excessive rent increases. My rent has gone up by $300 in two years for absolutely no reason, therefore, I plan to move out sooner.
