Great apartment!

I've been here for about 6 months and I love my stay at the Oliver! The complex is beautiful and I love how ALL units have hardwood and some concrete. On top of that, their amenities are incredible, all the public spaces are always clean and taken care of, staff and maintenance are extremely responsive too!

The Oliver Overall

I love the staff and I speak with them all the time. The lobby is very inviting. The grounds are okay and would be better if "some" pet owners were more responsible and cleaned behind their pets. The resident social events are great. You wont be disappointed... nice drinks and food. There is construction going on (by the county) and the noise is less than desirable (no fault of the apartment complex).

Review

The place is great, very clean, very well furnished, the apartments are very nice and comfortable. The staff is great, very nice and accommodating. Location is great. Only complaint is that the Pelotons never work, but that's a very small complaint.

Management Struggles

Seems nice on the surface, but hidden fees, management struggles, dog poop everywhere, and broken amenities, it hasn’t lives up to the high price.
