My Celling has been leaking for over 4 months and still nothing to fix it I am going to have to call the Health Department they have sent 5 diff plumbers without fixing it over the last couple of months it's been a long time.

I have lived here 6 months and the best thing is the local community and how safe things are. The staff is nice and it is walkable to a lot of social things such as restaurants and parks. The noise level is low compared to being inside the city. I recommend this place to live and it is a safe place as well.

The location of this property is wonderful! from various parks, eateries, and shops. However, the parking deck needs more corner mirrors to prevent accidents, and injuries from occurring as well as a speed limit warning sign for guest and residents. The Keswick has an upscale, modern touch and the pool area doesn't quite equate to the aesthetic appeal of the property, it needs to undergo minor renovations e.g. pool chairs, a couple in water chairs, Realistic faux-greenery, Cabana etc., lounge chairs., and cleaning. The door fobs should be altered to Code door-locks, as several neighboring apartments have updated to fob-less doors, this will ensure the property is up-to-date and still marketable in comparison to other competitive properties. The Valet Trash workers, that residents pay monthly for their service should be more hospitable. Some of the workers are very aggressive, especially the current night staff that's employed. The workers leave trash behind even in your presence, even when the waste is properly bagged and placed into the container. Overall, Great Place! thanks Keswick and Staff for taking the time to assess this review.
