We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Brighton Park. Pet-screening is a part of the application process for ALL applicants. A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A non-refundable pet fee of $400 is required for the first pet and an additional $200 for the second. We have a two-pet maximum. Pet rent is $20/month per pet. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal. Nice and quiet

Although I haven't been here long, so far I love my place. It's very peaceful and my apartment is spacious like I like it. Amy made my move in so simple and easy. I'd receive these apartments to anyone that's seeking a home.

This is a marginal property

The pool is usually open for a month a year. Very poor maintenance. Community is very loud.
