Decent living facility could be a whole lot better

The laundry machine has been broken since I've moved in and they refuse to fix it. The pool was closed for the duration of the summer. The appliances are old with issues. The AC and heater are old and the heater barely heats. The space is nice. The staff is friendly. The apartments look nice.
