Decent but loud

The apartments are nice for what you pay. Maintenance moves slow but it has been slightly better since the management change. But thus has been an experience i do not wish upon anyone. There is a club in close proximity to the complex and if you live anywhete near it, you are going to hear it. There is also some sort if construction business in the back as well which keeps early and late hours. If you value your sleep make sure your unit is not located near the back street. The parents in the neighborhood do not monitor their children, they are always out roaming unattended and at late hours.

Overall review of experience as a resident

I moved in almost 2 yrs ago and I've seen at least 2 different management companies come and go and there not being anything made better when this occurred. Management is poor with handling matters in the Apts. Their only concern is monthly rent while you're left leaving email after email to get mediocre repairs from mantance. What I call patch work. The place seems to be quite old and most fixtures need to be updated. The fees fluctuate on a monthly basis, you never know what you'll be paying. As for parking it's horrific, since it's on a first come first service basis there may be nights where you are parked a distance from your apt because of the overflow of visitors or tenants having multiple cars. Management and Corporate need to get it together!
