I just moved in recently. the apartment is old and outdated. the staff are unfriendly liars. not worth it. the bedrooms are scorching hot. no built in microwave. i have good credit, good rental history. enough income but my deposit was $2000. they push jetty so you have to pay 800 non refundable money or 2000 deposit. they act like they didnt even want me to get approved. these are not nice at all but they will show you a nice unit

Apartments are tiny and to call what you have a gym is a pretty far stretch. But staff is good and maintenance is quick. I do not like that there is no direct line to easily call them.
